Resumo

The article deals with the torsion of rods made of an anisotropically hardening rigid-plastic material under the linearized plastic flow rule. It is assumed that the rod is subject to external pressure, which varies linearly along the generatrix. The components of the stress and strain tensors that describe the limiting state of the rod are determined.
