It is shown that there are statistical differences between the curves characterizing the heart rate variability of healthy patients and patients with impaired consciousness. The use of a neural network allows to automatically evaluate the severity of the immobilization syndrome and Post Intensive Care Syndrome, as well as the effectiveness of measures for their prevention and the overall quality of the work of medical personnel.</p>
Применение нейронной сети позволяет в автоматическом режиме оценить степень выраженности иммобилизационного синдрома и ПИТ-синдрома, а также результативность мер по их профилактике и в целом качество работы медицинского персонала.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>heart rate variability</kwd><kwd>immobilization syndrome</kwd><kwd>post-intensive care syndrome (PICS)</kwd><kwd>impaired consciousness</kwd><kwd>neural networks</kwd><kwd>rehabilitation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вариабельность сердечного ритма</kwd><kwd>иммобилизационный синдром</kwd><kwd>ПИТ-синдром</kwd><kwd>нарушения сознания</kwd><kwd>нейронные сети</kwd><kwd>реабилитация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Siman-Tov M, Radomislensky I, Peleg K.
