Restorative medicine (RM) is based on principles of sanology, concepts of the preservation of human health (valeology) including occupational one. The origins of VM are SPA methods and systems of the restorative treatment (medical rehabilitation) within the framework of the fundamental principle of national health care are the prevention. The main stages of the development of RM are related to studies of regularities of the preservation and restoration of health, investigation of the process of adaptation and natural aging of the body, the elaboration of advanced methods for the premorbid diagnosis and correction of disturbed functional state of the human. In the article there are presented the availabilities of the using of the mineral springs of the Mostovsky district of the Krasnodar region in the system of modern RMfor a wide variety of somatic pathology.
Восстановительная медицина (ВМ) основана на принципах санологии, концепциях сохранения здоровья человека (валеология), включая профессиональное. Истоки ВМ - методики курортного дела и системы восстановительного лечения (медицинской реабилитации) в рамках основополагающего принципа отечественного здравоохранения - профилактики. Основные этапы развития ВМ связаны с исследованиями закономерностей сохранения и восстановления здоровья, изучением процессов адаптации и естественного старения организма, разработкой совершенных способов преморбидной диагностики и коррекции нарушенного функционального состояния человека. В статье представлены возможности использования минеральных источников Мостовского района Краснодарского края в системе современной восстановительной медицины при широком круге соматической патологии.
