The total anticholinergic load was calculated according to the ACBS scale (Anticholinergic Cognitive Burden Scale). Our study showed the ACB scale to be convenient and allows us to identify designations of dangerous drugs that can disrupt cognitive abilities in CVD patients of older age groups, leading to a fall.</p>
Наше исследование показало, что шкала АСB удобна и позволяет выявить назначение опасных ЛС, способных нарушать когнитивные способности у пациентов старших возрастных групп с ССЗ и приводить к падению.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>patients of senile age</kwd><kwd>cardiovascular diseases</kwd><kwd>anticholinergic activity</kwd><kwd>total anticholinergic load</kwd><kwd>drugs</kwd><kwd>falls</kwd><kwd>Anticholinergic Cognitive Burden (ACB) scale</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пациенты старческого возраста</kwd><kwd>сердечно-сосудистые заболевания</kwd><kwd>антихолинергическая активность</kwd><kwd>суммарная антихолинергическая нагрузка</kwd><kwd>лекарственные средства</kwd><kwd>падения</kwd><kwd>шкала АСВ (Anticholinergic Cognitive Burden Scale)</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Падения.
