The article presents own results of the effect of anticholinergic properties of drugs on the development of falls in senile cardiovascular disease (CVD) patients under conditions of polypharmacy. The total anticholinergic load was calculated according to the ACBS scale (Anticholinergic Cognitive Burden Scale). Our study showed the ACB scale to be convenient and allows us to identify designations of dangerous drugs that can disrupt cognitive abilities in CVD patients of older age groups, leading to a fall.

В статье представлены собственные результаты изучения влияния антихолинергических свойств лекарственных средств (ЛС) на развитие падения пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями (ССЗ) старческого возраста в условиях полипрагмазии. Суммарная антихолинергическая нагрузка рассчитывалась по шкале АСВ (Anticholinergic Cognitive Burden Scale). Наше исследование показало, что шкала АСB удобна и позволяет выявить назначение опасных ЛС, способных нарушать когнитивные способности у пациентов старших возрастных групп с ССЗ и приводить к падению.
