Intensive indicators in Moscow are lower than in the Central Federal District and the Russian Federation. Extensive and intensive indicators of primary disability in Moscow, the Central Federal District, and the Russian Federation tended to increase. The age structure of the certified as disabled for the first time contingent as a result of diseases of the urinary system in Moscow, the Central Federal District and the Russian Federation do not differ significantly in values and dynamics among young and middle-aged population. The predominance of persons of retirement age was revealed with a tendency to increase their level. The severity of disability was dominated by I group of disabled people with a tendency to increase their specific weight. The second place was taken by disabled people of III group with a tendency to increase their share and a stable level of disability.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Анализ первичной инвалидности взрослого населения вследствие болезней мочевыделительной системы г. Москвы в сравнении с показателями Центрального Федерального округа и Российской Федерации за период 2015-2019 гг. выявил, что экстенсивные показатели первичной инвалидности по г. Москве имели тенденцию к увеличению и сопоставимы с показателями по ЦФО, но ниже, чем в РФ. Интенсивные показатели по г. Москве за период регистрировались так же с увеличением, но ниже, чем в Центральном федеральном округе и Российской Федерации. В возрастной структуре ВПИ вследствие болезней мочевыделительной системы в г. Москве, ЦФО и Российской Федерации существенных различий в значениях и динамике среди молодого и среднего возраста не выявлено. Отмечалось преобладание лиц пенсионного возраста с тенденцией роста их уровня. По тяжести инвалидности преобладали инвалиды I группы с тенденцией роста их удельного веса и уровня.
