When conducting an examination of citizens, carried out in the Federal State Institutions of Medical and Social Expertise (ITU), considerable attention is paid to the information provided by the medical organization (MO), including the main categories of disability in the “Referral for medical and social expertise by a medical organization” (form No. 088/y). Therefore, the correct and correct completion of the “Referral for medical and social examination by a medical organization” (form No. 088/y) is of particular importance. The article discusses the sections of form No. 088/y that require special attention of doctors of the Moscow Region, who draw up documents for referral of patients to the ITU, and which are the most important in relation to the development of IPR in citizens aged 18 years and older with HIV infection and AIDS.

При проведении освидетельствования граждан, осуществляемом в федеральных государственных учреждениях медико-социальной экспертизы (МСЭ), значительное внимание уделяется сведениям, предоставляемым медицинской организацией (МО), в том числе и по основным категориям ограничения жизнедеятельности, которые могут быть внесены в «Направление на медико-социальную экспертизу медицинской организацией» (форма № 088/у). Поэтому правильное и корректное заполнение «Направления на медико-социальную экспертизу медицинской организацией» (форма № 088/у) приобретает особую важность. В статье рассматриваются разделы формы № 088/у, являющиеся наиболее важными для разработки индивидуальной программы реабилитации или абилитации инвалида у граждан 18 лет и старше с ВИЧ-инфекцией — СПИДом и требующие особого внимания врачей МО, оформляющих документы для направления пациентов на МСЭ.
