The study population consisted of persons first recognized as disabled due to colorectal cancer. Data source: Form No. 7-SOBES (Social Welfare Form). The methods used were data extraction, statistical methods, and analytical methods. This was a sample study.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> Analysis of the need among persons first recognized as disabled due to colorectal cancer for medical and social rehabilitation measures established a high need for medical rehabilitation measures: 99.9% in the Russian Federation, 99.8% in the Central Federal District and Moscow; a high need for social rehabilitation measures: 97.9% in the Russian Federation, 95.7% in the Central Federal District, 99.0% in Moscow; a low need for vocational rehabilitation measures: 21.7% in the Russian Federation, 20.4% in the Central Federal District, 15.9% in Moscow; a low need for health-promotion measures and sports activities: 1.3% in the Russian Federation, 1.7% in the Central Federal District, 1.8% in Moscow; a low need for technical rehabilitation aids: 28.2% in the Russian Federation, 27.6% in the Central Federal District, 23.2% in Moscow.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:</bold> A feature of the identified need of persons with disabilities due to colorectal cancer was the low need for vocational rehabilitation measures and health-promotion measures, which indicates the need to improve the personalized approach when determining the need for rehabilitation measures.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование. </bold>Проведение своевременных, доступных и качественных реабилитационных мероприятий на основе выявленной у инвалидов объективной потребности в реабилитационных мероприятиях в ходе разработки индивидуальных программ реабилитации и абилитации инвалидов способствует повышению эффективности их реализации.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования. </bold>Проанализировать показатели потребности в мероприятиях медико-социальной реабилитации у лиц, впервые признанных инвалидами вследствие колоректального рака.</p> <p><bold>Методы. </bold>Исследование проводилось на трёх территориальных уровнях: по Российской Федерации, Центральному федеральному округу и Москве. Объектом исследования являлись впервые признанные инвалидами вследствие колоректального рака. Источник — форма № 7-собес. Использовались метод выкопировки данных, статистический, аналитический методы. Исследование являлось выборочным.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Анализ потребности впервые признанных инвалидами вследствие колоректального рака в мероприятиях медико-социальной реабилитации установил высокую потребность инвалидов в мероприятиях медицинской реабилитации: в Российской Федерации — 99,9%, в Центральном федеральном округе и Москве — 99,8% человек; высокую потребность в мероприятиях социальной реабилитации: в Российской Федерации — 97,9%, в Центральном федеральном округе — 95,7%, в Москве — 99,0% человек; низкую потребность в мероприятиях профессиональной реабилитации: в Российской Федерации — 21,7%, в Центральном федеральном округе — 20,4% и в Москве — 15,9% человек; низкую потребность в физкультурно-оздоровительных мероприятиях, мероприятиях по занятию спортом: в Российской Федерации — 1,3%, в Центральном федеральном округе — 1,7% и в Москве — 1,8% человек; низкую потребность в технических средствах реабилитации: в Российской Федерации — 28,2%, в Центральном федеральном округе — 27,6% и в Москве — 23,2% человек.</p> <p><bold>Заключение.</bold> Особенностью выявленной потребности инвалидов вследствие колоректального рака явилась низкая потребность в мероприятиях профессиональной реабилитации и физкультурно-оздоровительных мероприятиях, что указывает на необходимость совершенствования персонализированного подхода при определении потребности в реабилитационных мероприятиях.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>colorectal cancer</kwd><kwd>persons with disabilities</kwd><kwd>need</kwd><kwd>rehabilitation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>колоректальный рак</kwd><kwd>инвалиды</kwd><kwd>потребность</kwd><kwd>реабилитация</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Maksimova PE, Golubinskaya EP, Seferov BD, Zyablitskaya EYu.
