Since 1990, each volume of the Collection has been assigned an international standard ISBN book number, and in 2005 it was registered with the ISSN International Center.

Since 2010, the Collection of Works has been transformed into a peer-reviewed scientific and technical journal, published four times a year and containing 13 thematic headings.
