Присутствуют ли атлантические виды рода Trachinotus (Carangidae), T. falcatus и T. ovatus, в азиатской марикультуре?

Аннотация

Согласно многочисленным сведениям в научной литературе и коммерческим предложениям, в настоящее время в марикультуре Тайваня и Юго-Восточной Азии, в частности Вьетнама, культивируют два вида помпано: Trachinotus blochii и T. falcatus. Также считается, что в хозяйствах материкового Китая выращивают T. blochii и T. ovatus. Таксономическая идентификация по морфологическим признакам видов помпано из хозяйства в южной части Центрального Вьетнама и результаты применения метода ДНК-баркодинга показали, что один из этих видов действительно является T. blochii, а второй – не T. falcatus, а T. anak. Анализ литературных источников, в которых нет ни одного доказанного (аргументированного) свидетельства как интродукции, так и присутствия T. falcatus и T. ovatus в настоящее время в Азии, и сравнение выявленных нуклеотидных последовательностей с таковыми, хранящимися в генетических базах данных (GenBank, BOLD), позволили заключить, что эти виды в азиатской марикультуре, скорее всего, отсутствуют, а упоминания о них в многочисленных научных публикациях из этого региона являются результатом ошибочной идентификации T. anak.
