Abstract
The current feature of complex multidisciplinary rehabilitation as a field of scientific and practical activity is its regulatory, organizational, methodological, conceptual and theoretical uncertainty. This is confirmed by the diagnostic failure, the lack of a generally accepted theory, the randomness of the data used, and the lack of professionally trained rehabilitation specialists.
