Abstract
The results of primary prosthetics have been studied for invalids with the postamputation defect of extremity (PAD), conditioned the vessels diseases. As compared to amputation of hip, the amputation of shin is more favorable in the plan of somatic mobilization, achievement of social adaptation, upgrading life. The important resource of increase of rehabilitation efficiency and quality of life of invalids with PAD due to vessels diseases there is optimization of surgical help for this contingent of patients, in particular, the choice of amputation level.
