Abstract
An analysis of primary disability in Orenburg region for period 2006-2008 years has been carried out on an age structure and settlements. The traced tendency of growth of primary disability in 2008 is broken, the level of primary disability of all age groups has decreased, especially in group of pensionable age. In spite of decreasing, the level of primary disability among adult population in 2008 is higher than average indications of the Russian Federation in 2007 year. In city settlements the level of primary disability is much higher than in rural. The level of child's primary disability in rural settlements in 2008 year became higher than in city settlements.
